My visit at the Coquitlam store was wonderful!! The employee Tshetrim was the best ever, kind, patient and helpful !! She helped 3 customers at one time ans none of us had to wait. I will recommend this store to anyone.
Came out of the way for a stop, however weren’t open due to a power outage. The power had come on, the staff were present, but the store remained closed. Just a bummer
Hours posted on front door & on Google maps are incorrect. Running Room displays on their door that it is supposed to be opened at 10am on Sunday. Yet is it closed
Very accommodating service
I went in and had a gait analysis and tried on a bunch of shoes picked out by the associate Janice. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and gave great explanations for why certain styles would be best for me. I finally know what I need in a shoe. She also had some helpful tips for addressing my planter fasciitis. Awesome experience!
