I ordered a pair of sneakers online and selected in-store pickup. The checkout process didn't mention any pickup timeframe; I only received an email stating that the purchase had been received and that another email would be sent soon. It's been two days and I haven't received anything. I contacted the store, and the customer service representative was very rude, saying I needed to wait at least 7 days, or contact Customer Service if I didn't want to. The only location where I felt like I was talked into buying a shoe that really wasn’t a good idea. However the return policy made up for the heavy sales push.

The staff here are truly exceptional! Super friendly and informative, especially for those looking to purchase a new pair of shoes. The perfect balance of approachable and knowledgeable for what needed. Couldn’t recommend this store enough!! The young man with the beard who helped us was fantastic!
