Exceptional service
Julie was absolutely amazing! My friend and I came into the Running Room looking for new running shoes, and Julie made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly nice, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we needed, answered all of our questions, and made sure we found shoes that actually felt right for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit. We left feeling confident and excited about our new shoes. Thank you so much, Julie! 🏃♀️💕
Great customer service. Yoko was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on and jogged around the store in way too many pairs of runners looking for the right fit.
Whoever owns this business needs to give a very serious talking to the person who picks up the phone at this location so she doesn’t cost them business. She is extremely rude, disrespectful and passive aggressive. I’m giving a second star instead of one because the person who does the online customer service JESSICA is much Better.
