The selection of running shoes is excellent. They are displayed sorted by foot type... I have high arches. Julie was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for, and took time to let me try several brands and models to get a really good fit. I was very happy with the recommendation to come here, and will again I'm sure.

Had the worst experience trying to return a pair of shoes I bought online. The employee said because the shoes were on sale she could only give me store credit, and that I’d need to ship the shoes to running room head office in Edmonton at my cost just to get a refund. Will never go back as they did not honour the return policy stated on the company website and the employee was extremely rude. In the end I got a refund after arguing for 10 minutes. Had such a great experience here!!! The guy was SO helpful and so nice. I feel like so many stores nowadays don’t help you or know anything about their products… the people here do. Was a great experience and will be going here in the future for running shoes!
