Very dissatisfied with their quality of work. My classic car was taken in for rear brakes and some other minor things. It ended up being there 2 days. Went to pick it up first day got about 4 blocks and same problem. Ended up taking it back. Picked it up next day and was told it was finished. Was promised that the brake drums were cut and ended up putting new springs on brake shoes. All this took 4 trips and I don't live close by. I left my car to have the brakes replaced. I have 4 disc brakes. I was quoted a price of $538.00 if all had to be replaced. I told Gary he had my permission to do a complete brake job if it was needed. Gary called me and said the rear disc brakes looked almost like new and for $65.00 he could turn the front roters and the problem would be solved. I have been going to Running Great for over 10 years and was happy until last year or so. Wow the place has went down hill to the point that I will never go back again. It started when they changed the oil in my wifes car but didn't and we caught them on it. Next we had the brakes changed and they charged us for full service but didn't do anything with the front roters but we were charged for it. I have been taking my 1985 Toyota MR2 with 213,000 miles on it for over 2 years now to Running Great Auto. I have never been disappointed with the work that Glenn and his team of a really great bunch of guys has done on my car. Running Great has put in a new A/C unit, a clutch, (which was the original with 196,000 miles on it) a fuel pump and a set of tires to name a few things.
