I have been to The Running Center twice now, and both experiences were excellent. There are other running shoe store options in Temecula however, I have never received the same level of personal customer service as I have here at The Running Center. They are more concerned with you finding the right shoe for your lifestyle and that you can enjoy running or walking then they are about making money or selling extra products. We came in for my Wife’s first pair of running shoes. Charlene was super friendly and super helpful. Answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect shoe. She even got us excited for our running journey by telling us about events and different running groups. 10/10 would recommend. Will be returning for my next pair.
Terrific customer service. Rob was incredibly helpful in showing me shoes that were appropriate for my specific needs as well as pointing out their respective characteristics.
