Ordered running boards for my 07 express van. Had to return the boards twice cause they were the wrong ones. Had to return the brackets 3 times. Finally got the correct boards, never got the correct brackets. After the 5th return, they told me they were out of the correct brackets. That was a year and a half ago. I still don't have the brackets.

Terrible customer service. Sent wrong mat and won't exchange it even though the one they sent is still in the box. Stay clear

There warranty is junk they won't stand behind their products Evan when they told me they own the company that made that specific product will never do buissness again and would tell anyone to go somewhere else

Order arrived quickly. Unfortunately one of the brackets was misshapen and needed to be replaced. I contacted customer service and didn't receive a ticket until a week later after I emailed them again. Eventually I called in and they were very friendly and mentioned they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer.
