I started my fitness journey with &Fitness about 5 months ago and it has been incredible!! I love all the trainers. Everyone is super encouraging and I find myself excited to hear that alarm at 4am to get ready for my 5am workout. This is the BEST gym I’ve ever been to. Thank you. I am so much stronger and faster now. It’s hard to believe! Ya’ll are AMAZING!! 🩷

As someone who doesn't really consider themselves a runner and is easily intimidated, this studio is a place I have come to enjoy! The staff are engaging and encouraging, the studio is warm and inviting, the workouts are customizable, and there is always the best music. Give it a shot, you may just find yourself a super fan after a class.
