Making running a team sport is what I love the most about Rick’s Runnez movement app. Being from a small country town it’s so nice to find a group of 100 plus “me’s” to run live with. Rick and Runnez are absolutely elite . Such an amazing community and coaching expertise and Rick is always on hand to help in anyway. I joined RUNNEZ just after a milestone birthday. Eight years later and still going strong. A few injuries along the way but Rick has consistently supported me both on and off the track. Rick and the Runnez crew are so much more than fitness/running coaches. I found Runnez when looking to improve my strength as I kept getting injured or banged up trying to beat my marathon PB. After two years I have beaten that PB and been injury free for a year. Better than that, I'm learning the benefits of having a positive mindset not only when running, but in life.
