Service was amazing. Helped us troubleshoot our hot water heater issues and we were on our way without having to wait for an appointment .
These people are among the most professional and accommodating RV shops I’ve dealt with in many years of trailering North America. Walked in at opening time with an AC problem . Carson said they were “ booked into next week but let me take a look”. Five minutes later he said if I could get the trailer there around 10AM they would have a look at the issue . I purchased 2 6volt rv batteries. They only lasted just 1 1/2 seasons. Runners told me they were at end of life. They would give me one battery if I bought one. The battery manufacturer should stand behind what they manufacture.
Do not deal with Runner's,...nuff said! Unprofessional, NO communication and you are expected to do unnecessary repairs yourself! Fridge and furnace doesn't work, GFCI blew up and the "Rodent Proof" warranty is a scam! A squirrel chewed a hole in the under belly and chewed through half a dozen wires which I'll be fixing myself! FCPP is a waste of money because they don't respond to your emails or phone calls!?
