I had an awning issue and didn't know how much it would cost me as it was under extended warranty. The problem was that my dealer was in Langley, B.C. I emailed first and then called and spoke with Carson, he said they deal with the same warranty company and bring it in to find out the issue. I brought it in not knowing how long I would be without the RV but Carson called me a couple hours later saying it was fixed and ready to go telling me it was a fairly minor and common problem. We can't say enough about our experience. From our initial sales (thank you Lance) to our service/warranty work, every aspect has been exceptional! Can't recommend Runners enough!
Super unimpressed with the rv. I even looked up 'most quality rv being made today' and this one was on the list. However, the entire team. Everyone from sales to manager to servicing to the finance guru, are top notch. I have had issues, they have literally gone over and above in all areas to make right whatever is in their power to.
