Do not deal with Runner's,...nuff said! Unprofessional, NO communication and you are expected to do unnecessary repairs yourself! Fridge and furnace doesn't work, GFCI blew up and the "Rodent Proof" warranty is a scam! A squirrel chewed a hole in the under belly and chewed through half a dozen wires which I'll be fixing myself! FCPP is a waste of money because they don't respond to your emails or phone calls!?
The people at Runners are amazing! kind, friendly, professional and helpful. They're always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. we live year round in an RV, it's my wife and my 2nd winter and iv come across some pretty frustrating situations and many learning curves, Runners has been a great resource when we need help. it's even gotten to the point where they know me by voice when I call lol thanks to the kick ass staff at Runners we're able to survive year round! 10/10 would recommend.
We bought our first RV with Runners and our experience was excellent! Brandon, Bowen and Michael are phenomenal!! I highly recommend them!!!
