Unless you run for school, they don’t want to spend any time with you. Nothing but aggravation today. I will be returning my shoes and never returning to another Runners Roost. I do not run, but was hoping to start. But no one in any of the stores seems to care about what your needs are.

Incredible experience. Customer service is a priority and it is refreshing. I've never felt so welcome in a running store. Zero pressure to make a purchase and just employees that genuinely care. In a day and age where ordering shoes online is so easy and accessible it is incredibly important we keep supporting businesses like this.
Sold me wrong item from what I asked for. I should have paid more attention rather then relying on staff.
