Runners Roost The clothing and shoes here are so marked up it's ridiculous. The employees are rude and condesending. When I checked out, the woman that rung me up talked on her cell phone and never even said one word to me. Awful!

Worthless Advice That You Will Pay Dearly For After a 15 second analysis of my son's stride, they incorrectly determined that he needed a shoe for overpronation. 6 weeks later, we now are facing several visits to a physical therapist to undo the damage that the wrong shoe has caused. He should have been placed in a neutral shoe. Worthless advice - consider yourself warned!!

Run, Don't Walk, to This Store Runners Roost specializes in running shoes and apparel. The salespeople are very knowledgeable, and take the time to individually measure your feet for to find the best running shoe for you. They do have a treadmill so they can analyze your running style, but you have to make sure and ask to use it.

Runners Roost is in need of some smiling faces! After a few trips to this store, I am not misjudging that customers are not returning here for the customer service. I was barely spoken to, and the ladies working seemed disturbed by my being there. After I asked, the saleswoman did help, but only minimally (and barely spoke, much less smiled).
