Visited the store while in from Rochester, NY. Everyone was SO friendly and welcoming!
This by far my favorite store to shop at not only for gear, but Mark and Pom make you feel like part of the family. They ask all the right questions for current training needs and racing requirements.
Great store!! Very nice people and professional. As having terribly flat feet and work a lot of hours standing they were able to help me find a great shoe. I'm on my second pair and look forward to doing more business with them. Highly recommend!!!

I am a novice Tri athlete and everyone here has been awesome. They help me find what I needed and never tried to sell me something I didn't. I will go back for all my needs
I went into the store expecting to have to buy a new pair of running shoes, but after Mark took a look at them, he said I only needed some new insoles. This is the first morning in a long time that I have run without pain! I wouldn't have gotten that kind of service from a chain store. Very personal service, and they take the time to listen.
Great customer service and so knowledgeable! Got the perfect running shoes for me!
