Just got fitted at Runners Haven for new shoes for my upcoming race in May- I could not be happier with the customer service I received!!! While it was not my first time shopping there it was my first time back in awhile, and I was once again floored by how helpful and knowledgeable the team is there. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and attentive staff.
It was time for me to replace my Brooks sneakers. The staff at Runner's Haven was very patient and helpful providing suitable replacements. I was able to pick one and purchased a new Hoka model. When I tried them out they actually hurt my left foot and I could not finish my exercise. So, I went back and they helped me figure out the issue without any stress and I am now able to exercise without issues. So easy to work with and great to support such a good local business that puts their customers first.
