This store is the best. They are super knowledgeable. No pressure sales. I have made many visits just asking questions and not spending money. The staff go above and beyond to help and answer every question you have and some you may not have thought of. The staff are all athletes and speak from experience, ithey do this because they love it not for a “job”. Worth the travel to go here because I know I will get excellent service. Both Huntington and Farmingdale stores are exceptional.
Griselle was amazing! She was so patient, never rushed me, and answered all of my questions. I came in just browsing and left with two pairs of sneakers and a pair of OOFOS for my mom, who has arthritis, she absolutely loves them. I also got my first foot scan, which recommended the perfect insole, and picked up a nice pair of Brooks sneakers for myself. Griselle was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Here are two of the three purchases for my mom. Thanks Griselle!
