04/24/2026 - I was visiting from out of town. My plantar fasciitis was inflamed and I need to replace my Brooks running shoes. I am very familiar with Brooks shoes and knew what I wanted to buy. Annis greeted me and helped me pick out another pair of Brooks. I appreciated her friendly customer service. She also shared her own recommendations. It’s a great store, they will pick one or maybe two models that are good for your feet based on the fitting they do. They have knowledge, most or maybe all employees are runners.
Fantastic experience, it was my first time buying athletic shoes in a LONG while and the service level at this store was a 10/10. From greeting to foot measurements and trying on several pairs to get the perfect shoe, EXCELLENT! Thank you Annis, we'll be back soon.
