Great family owned running store, where they treat you more as family than a customer! They won't try to sell you something you don't need or something that isn't appropriate for you. It's unfortunate that I can only give them 5 stars, because they deserve a whole lot more!
I went there yesterday to pick up my bib for my 16k Chimpathon today. They were all so nice, and they helped me pick a sneaker that was best suited for my foot and what I needed for my running style. Today, I ran my race and the sneaker was fantastic. I had no discomfort at all. I will definitely buy my next pair of sneakers from them. They are experts on sizing and sneaker type. �
Every time I go into this store, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Today I had to return a pair of shoes that turned out to be defective, and Bill couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, even not charging me the difference between the original pair and a different brand I selected. I can't say enough about how great they are, every time, without fail. Runners Depot really has this customer service thing aced! Thanks for being awesome, guys!!

The customer service at Runner's Depot is exceptional! They care, they take their time and they make sure you are happy. That means a lot. They are also very knowledgeable and provide expert advice that you can't get at a "chain." Not to mention, their store has great merchandise and fair prices! I can't thank them enough and will always be a customer!
I did the Cupcake Race and the staff of Runners Depot were there. So friendly. I had the best time ever.
