The sales representative went above and beyond helping me get the shoes I needed. I went to Runners' Choice to get a couple pairs of orthopedic shoes. She had exactly what I wanted.
The only place I would buy my running shoes in Kingston! Christina and Al are so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They support the Kingston community, and have the best supply of shoes locally. One of my favorite stores to shop at, I highly recommend
Without a doubt, I’ll be buying from here again. I’m usually someone who buys shoes online and honestly dislikes in-store shopping, but this place completely changed my mind. I picked up a pair of Endorphin Speed shoes and had a genuinely great experience. The staff were knowledgeable and patient, and helped me try several options without any pressure. What really set them apart was that they called me a week later to let me know a manufacturer sale applied retroactively and issued store credit. I've never seen that before.
Spent a lot of time with Christina today and she was extremely helpful. I’m not very knowledgeable about running shoes, yet she patiently explained the pros and cons of different types. She also let me view all of the different colors available online when we put in our order. Very happy with my experience.
