The person at the shop was very helpful and patient. I must have tried on close to 10 pairs of running shoes, looking for the right fit, and I am very happy with the ones I left with.
I ordered a pair of On Cloud Monsters 3 - Hyper online with a few questions. The staff was absolutely fantastic and answered my emails promptly. I ordered yesterday, and shoes were received today as described, well packaged, and with a handwritten thank you note. I genuinely feel appreciated as a customer and will most certainly used them again in the newer future. Outstanding service!
