I have gotten shoes from runners before and they were great last time. This time I ordered a $130 pair of shoes through them to have delivered to my house a month ago. Didn’t get any info on how to track my package or when it would arrive. Tried calling and no one answers at any of the stores, and when they do, they just answer the phone and don’t say anything. I just want to know where my shoes are.

The owner’s sons helped me out today and they were wonderful! Not only did I find some great products, but my young daughter and I left saying how kind and helpful they both were. We both were greatly impressed with our level of service. They earned my family as lifelong customers.

I own close to 50 pairs of shoes and boots and thought that I knew a thing or two. After 20 minutes in the store and a proper fitting, I am blown away at the difference. I have been missing out all of these years.
