Full House Painting. Runland has just finished painting the exterior of our house. There was some woodworking repairs required which they handled perfectly. The crew was terrific. They were on-time each day, communicated clearly and overall, did a fantastic job.

This is my 2nd time using Runland Renovations and we couldn’t be happier that the work turned out great. We had a whole house repipe and Runland Renovations fixed the holes in our walls and ceilings. They patched the holes with new drywall, mudded, textured, primed and painted. We also had had them paint walls and ceilings of our main living/common areas of the house for a fresh new look. Awesome Contractor to work with, has some very talented Craftsmen working for him, showed up for scheduled work and on time every day, was a pleasure having Runland Construction do my remodel. Would totally recommend them for any work!

Runland painted the exterior of our home this summer. The experience was top notch from start to finish. They came in with a bid that was substantially lower than the competition. They worked closely with me to determine what we needed and wanted done. They stayed in touch throughout. The final product was beautiful! We used the same paints and colors that the builder used nine years ago, but the Runland paint job is dramatically better than when the house was brand new. Highly recommend!

John and his team were wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable and provided communication throughout the process. Most importantly for us, they were on time with the project, as promised. Highly recommend!
