Very impressed, awesome paint job, would hire them anytime again.
My Wife and I had some wood rot issues and the house needed painting. Estimates from other contractors were for completely residing the house. Runland's estimate was tens of thousands less and fixed the areas with dry rot and painted the entire home. Runland was on time, gave advance notice when arriving, and explained options as the project progressed. I would highly recommend Runland for painting and siding work.
I had a great experience from start to finish with Runland Painting. Mason was very informative and detailed in his on-site visit and estimate. He was prompt to answer my questions and concerns. Juan and his two brothers showed up and painted the trim and under the eaves on our house and detached garage. Trim on both house and garage have two colors requiring clean lines where the colors come together. The house is on a steep slope and the roof has a 12/12 pitch with dormers. Not an easy place to paint. When I first saw them carrying buckets of paint over the roof, I thought for sure there would be lots drips on the roof, but no. No drips.
