The actual dentist are knowledgeable and accommodating. My son was over 20 minutes late yet the office did not make him reschedule . We appreciated the gesture because we traveled from Dublin to Ghana . Runyon dental group operates out of both Hillard & Gahanna - however they they do cleanings in Gahanna only . The biggest deterrent for us was the office clerks ! I don’t recommend Jon Runion for implants. I’m still struggling with their work after 4 and a half years. Finally went to a specialist and it’s amazing the difference all around. Check him on the dental board website.
