I had Tarren and Ollie for redecorating my hallway, stair case and two landings. Their prep work was thorough and methodical. I chose white walls and black ceilings so the finish needed to be exquisite and they did not disappoint. The cutting in is impeccable. The woodwork was all prepped and finished to a very high standard. At the end of each day they left the house clean and clear. I would highly recommend Runhams Painting and Decorating.

As an architect I have dealt with many finish trades and have come to understand there are those that come and do their work and leave and those that take that job and care for it as if it is their own. They listen and help develop the idea and are willing to make constructive suggestions. I was happy with my quote , the paint quality and Tarren’s overall attitude but we definitely had some issues. First was time management, the meeting where we discussed colours was very rushed and the colour picked for my main room was more blue than green based , which looks very bad on the wall next to the green wallpaper, literally looking like it’s been painted baby blue.The start date of the work was changed with only two days notice and the first day and last day he worked ,were only half days as he left early on both.... read more

Tarren and Ollie worked on our mother’s entire house, walls woodwork doors etc. , and the walls needed a lot of preparation . A big job , but they were efficient and tidy , and communication was good . There was a lot of moving furniture around which they were happy to do. Trustworthy. The end result has transformed the house . Thankyou Tarren
