Heidi helped me out today, and she was amazing! She did an assessment of my run and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying any particular shoe. She was patient and friendly throughout my whole shopping experience here. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is wondering if their running shoe is right for them to come in and do the assessment.
I’m so happy I found this place! The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to provide me with personal recommendations based on my running needs. They carry a diverse range of running shoes from all my favorite brands. My new running shoes feel incredible and I can’t wait to run in them. Highly recommend this place!
I had a 5K race coming up and I returned shoes left and right at several stores because they felt uncomfortable on my feet. Ethan had me get on the treadmill and did a scan of my feet to better understand what I was looking for. He pulled out different pairs of shoes and gave me the pros and cons of each one, and allowed me take them for test runs on the treadmill. Ethan and Heidi very patiently and expertly helped my husband and I find new running shoes. I have a toe injury and needed to try on a bunch of shoes. Ethan applied his structural knowledge of different brands and models of shoes to my specific needs. And RunGR8 has an excellent rewards program. After buying two pairs we already had enough for a $25 off reward for our 3rd pair.
I always have a good experience here. All the people I've met are really great at their job. They are very knowledgable. I've seen Kristin and recognize her from last time I was there. She listens well to what you're looking for and does well at matching the best shoe to your requests. But I always buy my work out/running shoes from here.
