I had such a great experience here! The young boy really knew his stuff he listened to my concerns, analyzed my needs, and recommended shoes that fit perfectly. He never rushed me. Fantastic customer service from start to finish.
Will is amazing! I came in with my husband so he could get his feet scanned and left with two pairs of shoes, body glide and a bra. Over a decade ago I ran several miles daily in my $25 Kohls Nikes and never realized my feet needed better. Will scanned our feet, had us run on the treadmill and immediately pulled us shoes that were perfect. I’m so impressed with how knowledgeable he was but even more impressed with how easy he was to talk to and work with. Give the kid a raise or a fat commission for us.
Heidi was SO helpful. A Friend recommended RunGr8, and they did not disappoint. She knew what she was talking about and which show would benefit the way I run and put pressure on my feet. Very excited to try my new shoes out!
It was my first time in to road runner and I used ally go to dicks. It was busy so I understood not being greeted right away. I then walked around for a while by myself looking at new slip ons. 5 minutes had passed with no help and I’m not the most patient I admit so I was frustrated as I felt unseen. We hands down recommend this amazing store !! The owner was so friendly and helped both me and my hubby find the perfect shoes for us !! We will never buy walking shoes anywhere else!!
