This review covers my experiences with Rune LLC at my home and other restaurants, separate from other reviews. Communication with Dustin was inconsistent, with call-backs taking weeks or up to a month. At my home, promised kick plates were never installed. At a restaurant, benches were improperly shimmed, leaving them wobbly and unresolved. While some work was satisfactory, the delays and unfinished tasks were significant issues. I hope this feedback prompts better responsiveness.

We paid a deposit to this business nearly a year ago for a custom millwork project, with a promised turnaround time of 12 weeks. After several months of unreturned calls and texts, we sent our general contractor to visit the shop in person and were told that no work had been started. After nearly a year, we received a partial delivery, roughly a quarter of the project, which was of very poor quality and appeared rushed. I can not say enough about Rune Wood Cabinetry. We had a commercial project and everything ran very smoothly. I definitely plan on using them again for future projects.

I had Rune make me a desk several years back, and this is hands down one of the best things i have purchased. The craftsmanship is top notch, the finish is just the same as the day i received it, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to dealing with him on my future projects!
