Rundown and poorly kept. No hydro, terrible maintenance, and directly beside a train track. We definitely did not feel at ease.
The train noise was more than I could handle. They sounded like they were moving fast. Sometimes, it sounded like there were two headed in opposite directions. There could have been five during the night.

El sitio es bastante pequeño, el servicio estaba cerrado y proporcionaban una cabina portatil fuera... el chico nos ofreció 3 plazas(6,20 o 24), de estás plazas, 1 caravana tenía que elegir entre esas ellas, y se quedaron con la 24. Por lo que ya solo había dos opciones más de las propuestas. Otra de las plazas ofrecidas la 20, estaba ocupada por la tienda de al lado, y la última, la plaza 6, estaba llena de basura... We rented an RV in this park as an Airbnb for two nights. The rail line was less than 100 feet from our camper. It was very loud at times. Our site was uneven and not well-kept. Camper was newer, but lacking supplies. Definitely over priced. Public showers and toilets needed attention. On the plus side location for cycling was good and the employees were very helpful and kind. We were here in spring 2023 and back through the area in July 2023 but slept in my SUV for two nights in another area and saved over $600. Darryl
Giving 2 stars because of it's location. That was really the only redeeming quality. We were grateful it was close to all the things we wanted to do as well as downtown Canmore so we didn't have to spend any more time at the site than necessary. We were incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of this RV Park. We would not use the bathrooms. The sign on the door 'you plug it, you plunge it' was enough of a turn off without going in to detail about how dirty they were. Across from our site we had what appeared to be semi ... read more
