No Games, Gimmicks or Ridiculous Fees the owner of Bill's Refrigeration was Honest and Confident in his work . He repaired the Unit in a timely manner and gave me some new air filters and some tips on how to optimize my HVAC use and possibly save some money on power bills and costly repairs in future. etc.. In the end I am glad that I recommend them to all my friends and family.
The good things do not need a commercial, so I will just rate with max stars. We will use Bill's Refrigeration again.

On July 31st, 2010 our air conditioner stopped. We called ABC Heating & Air Conditioning to diagnose the problem. They found a bad coil and had no freon and of course under Murphy`s Law it was on a weekend with no parts available. My wife and I are both handicapped and facing the weekend with no air conditioner in July is a stressful thought. We did not complain or ask for any special favors. NEW HEAT PUMP NOT WORKING PROPERLY – Still waiting to hear from Progressive after they said they were coming to our home to perform some pressurized test to determine where this unit is already leaking freon after 2 seasons of use!!! Front panel removed by 1st repairman showed coils bent which they said came from the factory like that????? They're very indifferent about re-placing/repairing our heat pump.......but we, the consumer, have to pay the electric bill after it ran last month for hours on end to cool not to mention ... read more
