Ben came out to fix my furnace. The pressure switch was out. While I was in Dubuque he asked me to pick up 2 parts. He then went ahead and only installed one. I got charged for 2 parts at double the retail. His total time at my house was less than an hour total (I have cameras). I understand industry standards for charging hourly rates, but this is well above the average price for both parts and labor for this issue... my bf works at Republic and his guy was out of town.
