Very throrough on things that you need fixed and they actually take time to look for potental issues that might cause bigger problems in the future. Great communication with me. The only place I buy and repair my vehicles.
I called #RundeAutoGroup in Manchester today and talked to the general manager, Matt Sieverding, about my car. I expressed my concerns about the problems I've had with the car- the 13 days it's already been in the shop since purchasing it and my concerns about having problems with the transmission less than 6 months after purchase. He told me, "It wasn't his problem" and that "he wasn't responsible for the car we bought from his dealership". He doesn't stand behind the cars he sells. Buyer beware. Please pass along.
