I bought a used enclave with a GM warranty and I am glad. I kind of forgot I had it. The engine light came on the dash and I took it to the service department. They told me that the catalytic converter had issues and because it was under warranty there was no charge. What a relief. Great deal and Great Service!
Had issues with truck ignition & usually have service done at a dealer in dodgeville, but Runde was closer this time. I took it in to diagnose & they quoted $400 to repair & 2 weeks to get the part. I suggested they hold a spot in 2 weeks. They weren’t sure they could do that, but figured it out & scheduled. Part comes in & they call day of scheduled repair to tell me the price has doubled, now nearly $1,000. Just stated it like it was an unavoidable & normal occurrence.
