Had issues with truck ignition & usually have service done at a dealer in dodgeville, but Runde was closer this time. I took it in to diagnose & they quoted $400 to repair & 2 weeks to get the part. I suggested they hold a spot in 2 weeks. They weren’t sure they could do that, but figured it out & scheduled. My service at Runde Chevrolet was good. You always treat me very good, and explain what needs to b done as thorough as u can. One of the service girls had to check my (check engine) light UT couldn't find a diffenitive answer to why it wouldn't go off, so we made another appointment to figure it out.
Arrived for my scheduled oil service and asked if they could also rotate the tires (which I did not schedule) Scott was able to get that added to the list, ensuring they mounted them such that the tire stems were still visible through the wheel balancers (dually truck). All my electronics were plugged back into the ODBC port and the service was completed quickly while I waited. They did a great job!
I paid for a Tonto cover when I bought my car and when it came in I brought my truck in but called and asked how long it will take. They said an hour. I arrived at 12:15pm 15 minutes early and dropped off the truck and went into the waiting area. around 1:20 which was 20 minutes later than the installation was to be completed, the service department came out and said all the bolts for the Tonto cover did not come in and they will use bolts they have and I can come back and have them swapped out when the OEM bolts come in.
