Apart from a 2hour wait, which compared to many others is very good, the treatment received was excellent. Friendly approachable staff. Dawn in particular is obviously passionate about her work and made what was a difficult situation the best it could have been.
Had to visit twice in two weeks both times received excellent, courteous and professional service from all staff

In and out within an hour. Brilliant service, went in with a very painful knee/leg and came out with an explanation of the problem and what to do. Future appointment booked. Much appreciated, thank you everyone.
If you can make it to alternative UTC please do. Staff at reception needs sorting and overall patient prioritisation.
