Used this place to fix my tractors Rototiller. Big mistake! They replaced the wrong seal… I specifically showed the owner Jason his wife and worker where the leaking seal was. They replaced the wrong seal….. I only found out when I showed up to do a job for a client. Very disappointed! I would recommend taking your business to a different place. Time is money and paying for something to get fixed that wasn’t broken is even worse. Jason said he would reimburse the cost but when it came time to do that he ghosted me. Even sent... read more
Came all the way up from Eureka California negotiation on a couple of implements got a awesome price went home a happy camper the owner are super people to work with.

Runway is right, listen to the business name. I wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Very Unprofessional. It started when we took our tiller in to get an oil seal fixed. We described the issues to the owner, the wife, and their son. They took weeks and weeks to fix it , finally when it was ready we went to pick it up paid $370 dollars. When we got the tiller to the job site the oil seal was still leaking. Mind you we drove an hour to take it to their facility. We live out of town. I recently purchased a tractor from Runaway tractor . They had it ready quickly and I picked it up. I got it home and was operating it when aproblem arose with the hydraulic system. After I spoke with the owner of the business and exhausted all trouble shooting procedures. He drove to my house (note I live one and half hours away) with a part that we thought would correct problem. This was during a holiday weekend .
