This company should be called, "Run Away With Your Money Tours." We booked the Sydney Half Day Tour through Runaway. Our ship was not allowed to dock until after the designated tour time. We contacted the company and asked if they could postpone the start time. We were told that, due to the significant flooding in Sydney, there was no staff available as they were all dealing with flood clean-up.
