Price was way to high for the quality and service! - reception was warm and muggy , could feel it right away as you walk in. - I was not offered milk for tea/coffee when witnessing every other person checking in have given that courtesy. Only one room key. - air con in room can't do anything to adjust temperature, no control board and did not feel cool enough at all, like it was on fan setting who knows how could you? - every day the random air vent/vacuum will just start up- no warning and loudly run for 10+ minutes, scares... read more

We had 2 rooms side by side- Managers nasty! rooms old-fashioned! TVs don’t work! broken shower screen! unsafe, as the room door is A couple of steps away from the stairs. We paid for 3nights but the managers tried to kick us out in the middle of the day on the 2nd day! turned off our electricity. Demand we get out, Manager and his wife walked straight into the room and accused us of having a messy room. I had a lovely stay here; after driving from Bundaberg for the Laneway festival this was the best option. We chose this place for its convenience being walking distance to local shops and a close drive to Harbour Town. We arrived later so we phoned through for reception and were greeted with our key. The hotel staff are very accommodating. We stayed twice both last minute bookings are they were very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Milk and amenities provided. The rooms are abit outdated. Our TV kept turning off in room 18. The price is a little high for the rooms. Pool was nice, it was open from 630am-1000pm. Office is open 9am-8pm daily and there is parking free on site. Lots of shops nearby!

. A little bit of general repair needed. . Bring your own power cord if both of you use a Cpap machine. The 2 power points are on one side of bed. . However, room clean tidy & comfortable. . Friendly staff.
