We had a very pleasant overnight stay here. The property was spotlessly clean and the reception team were very friendly even helping us with a late check-in which made things so easy after a long day driving. Our room was quiet, the new beds were extremely comfortable and it was just perfect for our family’s stopover. Shower water pressure was incredible! Lovely the Frist night didn't mind the leak near the toilet as they gave us extra towels to soak up the water so we wouldn't be Splish splashon the toilet stay another night I change our sheets in our room as manger was cleaning rooms as must of been short staffed..next day they had placed in another room cheaper for the night ...once again there was another leak around the toilet .more towels and we informed the manger about it we had stayed there that night and we had one more night so I had placed all the wet towels and m... read more
Do not waste your money. Breaching consumer laws is one thing but blatant arrogance in the face of it is another. They should not be allowed to operate. My formal comms with qld govt and consumer affairs is my priority for Monday.
Nice. Easy parking Only thing I had a problem was we have to pay to wash and dry our washing cant even use card anyway
