Worst vacation of my life. Website lied about everything. Pool was empty, room had blood on the sheet, gym was closed and management said you could see it on the website. A complete lie. We heard construction the week. Water was turned off for lengthy amount of time.
It’s July and the pool is still drained but the hoa has money to pay security to harass my guests and owners for parking….. make sure you have extra time when you come in there is secruity that will stop you and ask a bunch of questions take down your tag number and inconvenience you.
Hidden gem on Anna Maria Island. First floor condo was great and access to the beach was easy across the street. The property also had access to the bayside with a small dock to fish or just enjoy the view. Will definitely return to this condominium complex in the future.

We stayed at the Runaway Bay Unit 185 and I was very pleased with everything. The decor and the unit was clean and well maintained. Everything worked as expected and we loved the layout of the condo unit. The first-floor location was also perfect in helping with all the beach gear we needed to haul around every day.
