We stayed at Runaway Bay for the first time this year and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a lower unit that was completely renovated. Some units are nicer than others just a heads up. The management company that we went through was Seabreeze and they were extremely wonderful and attentive. We had a few small issues and they were right out to correct it. I do know there are a couple other companies that manage properties in Runaway Bay that friends used and were happy with as well. Construction is still being done at pool ... read more
Stayed for a week over spring break with my two teens. Positives: Unit 248 was very nice, clean and comfortable. The unit itself was nice. Only negatives on the unit were wrong information posted on the listing about amenities and the use of AI to respond to messages- some went unanswered for two months. Negatives- the HOA owners that enforce rules are very rude. Yelled “get out, time to go!!” At 6:40pm at the pool to small children (and parents) swimming then rushed everyone out.
