the staff is so amazing they are awesome to deal with every time I go into the office
I have lived here for a few years now and runaway bay is the best place to live. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance team are all incredibly kind and helpful. The community is maintained beautifully and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend!
Renee and the staff here have been amazing over the last 3 years. They have gone out of their way to help us in different situations, and we love the amenities, the location, and have been extremely happy with every aspect of the community.
As a new member of the community, I have to say that everything so far has been excellent. The staff has been responsive to any and all questions or needs. The setting and atmosphere of the community is quiet and laid back, exactly what we were looking for.
I just moved in about a week ago from out of state and the experience has been fantastic. The leasing office was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Both Rennee and Whitney made the process easy and stress free. Post move in has been just as smooth. The property itself is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. We had to submit a maintenance request for the washing machine and the team was amazing. They came out the same day to check it and returned the next day to replace the necessary parts.
