This was one of, if not the best, apartments I have ever lived in! The space was always clean, the staff is INCREDIBLE—from maintenance to Renee, they are the best. Only had two very minor maintenance issues over a year and a half, and as soon as you submit a maintenance request, they come within 24 hours! They are seriously on it. I’ve had a really great experience living at MAA Runaway Bay so far. The community is clean, well-kept, and in a super convenient location in Mount Pleasant. It’s also nice and quiet, which makes it feel really comfortable day to day. The management and maintenance team have been amazing to work with. They’re always responsive and supportive whenever something comes up. We recently had an issue with our dryer, and they did a great job following up with us and making sure we were taken care of.
