Runaway pay is an excellent rental facility. I’ve been here eight years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The office staff and maintenance are always on top of things. I can’t say enough good things about them. Jennifer has always gone the extra mile for me and I know she treats everyone like that as well
Whitney and Renee have provided an excellent experience reviewing MAA Runaway Bay apartments. They are warm, friendly and honest. They patiently showed my son and I around the property and into several apartments. They are part of the reason we chose Runaway Bay for our home! A big “thank you” and I look forward to seeing you when we move in.
I LOVE living here and the staff. The property managers & maintenance staff are so kind and if there is something wrong, they fix it asap. I have lived in lots of houses/apartments that I’ve leased and this is by far the best company I’ve leased through. There is no flooding here, it’s nice and set back, shaded so your car doesn’t get super hot, and their pool/gym is updated and really nice.
Just moved here and everyone from the leasing office and maintenance crew have been excellent!
