Great community! Whitney took great care of us throughout the whole process
I had one of the most horrific leasing experiences of my life at Runaway Bay. I was promised a clean, smoke-free unit and instead arrived to an apartment that reeked of cigarettes & triggered my asthma. Management refused to acknowledge the problem and offered only to move me to a one-bedroom unit in a different complex—one I hadn’t researched and that didn’t meet my needs, and was the same price as the two bedroom I had signed a lease for... The community is so beautiful and Whitney is amazing. She is so friendly and informative. Highly recommended.
Lived here for 3 years absolutely zero complaints, great staff and maintenance team took great care of us throughout our time there, miss it every day!
People who work here are very nice and the apartments are very up to date and nice
