I had a Strekke with both Ellé and Z and it was absolutely amazing! Both were so kind, professional and informative with everything they were doing. I have SI Joint Dysfunction and after just one Strekke treatment my joint pain in my hip was alleviated for four days!!

This is my first experience with Runa. I had a facial done by hailey and I loved it. The products that she used is amazing on my 50 year old skin. She was very professional and took her time. I will definitely go back again.

Would 100% recommend! I got the strekke stretch and massage and it was AMAZING! I have practiced yoga for many years and love it but this took it to a whole other level. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. Definitely try the stekke if you want a cleanse and to feel like you're on top of the clouds for the next few days! Also I have had a strekke by both Julie and Z, they are both amazing, talented, skilled, and confident in what they do and will make sure you have a wonderful experience!

I have been playing softball and been running around a bunch the last few months just being busy and wanted to loosen up, thought I’d give this place a shot and I’m very pleased with my outcome! Their theragun worked great to help my body fully relax. I also opted in for the stretching as well (and let me tell you I’m not a flexible person), but that didn’t hinder the nice stretching felt as it helped my body loosen up in ways I didn’t know were tight. 5/5 very pleased!
