I had spent 8 mo trying to figure out what was wrong with my hamstring and back of right knee and found Dr. Rimmer through Ai Thank god because in two visits he figured out the problem with my walking mechanics. After a month of practicing walking on a treadmill at home and doing a few exercises he gave me, my leg feels almost back to normal Wish i had found him sooner. Dr. Rimmer is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment with him if you are having any issues involving walking or runn... read more

As a 55 year old runner I was dealing with a lingering piriformis injury that kept me from regular running. Sean had a great approach of recognizing the issues and creating a plan to progressively relieve the pain through active movements and range of motion exercises. I’m back at it now and running 5 or 6 days a week again.

Working with Sean was easily the most beneficial Physical Therapy that I have received. He is thorough while being concise. He made sure that I had a clear understanding of each exercise as well at the purpose being it. Not only did we fix the pain I was dealing with, but my running form and economy also improved. Highly recommend.
