Run Hub has an awesome staff and the best shoe selection. Wonderful community runs and training programs.
Very friendly, informative and helpful. I've been in 4-5 times over the last two years. I don't "look" the part of a runner, I'm undertall and my current shape is more round than fit. The staff at Run Hub greeted me with a smile, treated me with respect, answered all my questions and provided encouragement. Wednesday evening runs... hosting a class to teach us how to improve our running game & Yesterday I just bought my first pair of kicks from there! The staff hears you ... assesses your running style for the best match of shoes ... I could not be happier with this!
Noticed RunHub on our way to the 5th Street Market and decided to pop in for a look. So glad I did! I found some of the most knowledgeable staff I've ever encountered in a running shop. Courteous, friendly, generous with their time and knowledge. Very different from my experience at the other well-known running shop in Eugene. RunHub is now my go-to store for running shoes.

Amazing customer service! I’ve been out of the running game for years after pregnancy and needed a lot of help finding the right shoes for my changed feet. They were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I was even able to special order my favorite color. Don’t hesitate to run into Run Hub Northwest!
