Absolutely obsessed with Rub Club! The vibes are immaculate, the staff are warm and welcoming, and every treatment leaves me feeling brand new. Can’t recommend it enough!

Love these treadmill workouts - great sessions and coaches are really motivating and supportive! So good for doing interval training that I would never do properly on my own.
Absolutely love run club! I just completed my first half marathon and thanks to a mix of the power 45 and endurance classes I was able to decrease my estimated km/pace time by 15 seconds! The great instructors and energy in the classes also keeps me coming back :)
