Rumsey deserves a 5-star review for the work they did on our home. We had a water leak in the upstairs bathroom that leaked down into our kitchen. It was a big job and Rumsey’s repair and communication throughout the process was top notch (especially Stephen Appell, the project manager). Stephen was quick to respond and address all our concerns asap and the repair work was of high quality. Would (and will) recommend Rumsey to my friends and neighbors anytime.

Rumsey worked with us to remediate after a water leak in the drywall behind our kitchen sink, as well as the reconstruction effort afterwards. The mitigation/remediation process was a struggle. Some of the issues were due to insurance, but this part of the process was also plagued with communication issues with Rumsey. Oftentimes, our calls/emails to them were never returned, and we had to continue pushing Rumsey for a response or to get them to follow-up with insurance (as they had promised but didn’t always do).
