I own a condo in Uptown and recently had water damage, and a friend of mine recommended I call Rumsey. Josh came out and truly handled everything from drying, mediation and demo to making sure the reconstruction was exactly how I wanted it . His professionalism and communication were top-notch. We had a dishwasher leak over time that caused extensive floor damage. From mitigation to restoration Rumsey C&R did a great job. As project manager of the restoration, Stephen Appell kept me well informed of the process and coordinated with the construction crew to ensure timely repair.
