I am beyond impressed with this company, especially Damien, who did an expert job of cleaning up a very fecally-polluted bathroom, and Trey, who did a follow-up sanitation pass on the bathroom and installed a dehumidifier in it, as well as working in my crawlspace, along with other employees, to clean up fecal matter and sanitize the soil, vapor barrier and wooden underside of the bathroom. Holden lead the restoration process for a shower leak we recently had. He was super professional and helpful. This was our first time dealing with an experience like this and he patiently walked us through the process, timing, and things to expect. Would recommend him and Rumsey to anyone in need.

Damien went above and beyond personal service when there was a sewage leak in our storage area in our complex. He removed all my storage from my unit, cleaned up everything and then replaced my storage. He took a picture of how it was before taking it out so he could put it back in the same way! He was prompt, thorough, friendly and professional. This is a five gold star company.

Holden and Chris have been great to work with during this first phase of repairs. They were communicative, professional, and efficient, making a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
