Avoid this contractor at all costs! They were referred to us by Liberty Mutual, but the experience has been a nightmare. We made our initial payment months ago, yet they never contacted us to schedule the repair. Every time we reached out, they promised to call us back—but they never did. BEWARE!! Details below, believe me, you don’t want the headache of dealing with this place. They were supposed to fix my 80 yr old mother’s home after storm damage to one room in the home. They totally took advantage of insurance payout by tearing out way more than they needed to - they moved the timeline on us from 6 weeks to 9 months. Matthew gave us really great advice and helped us with insurance and our home. His team did an excellent job with their abatement with asbestos and keeping our items free of debris. He listened to our concerns and addressed them as he could. I would highly recommend them for services.
