Service, pickup schedule etc, has been good. No complaints. You need to do more to control costs! Rumpke’s pricing is not competitive, might be about time to make a change.
I hate that we have no other option to get trash service other than. Rumpke living in Pike County. This is the 3rd time that my trash has been missed. And I've called and they say 24-48 hours for trash pickup. Knowing it'll be a week later and they won't discount my bill for the missed trash either. It's illegal to own a monopoly.
