We have Rumpke now thru the city of Falmouth and I'm thrilled with our new trashman Justin Lea. First of all, he takes care with our trash totes, they have been broken several times by city workers in the past, I am pleased with our service, He has a great attitude, always there at the same time, greets me with a smile even at 5 in the morning. Keep up the good work.
The atomic trucks that hauls your waste don’t completely empty the trailers and when they are in rout to pick up another load after emptying they string trash all up and down hwy U.S 27 because they don’t cover to so called empty trailers and what doesn’t dump out at the landfill blows out all over the place I think this needs to be addressed and fixed
I paid my bill but still my cans were picked up ! My service was interrupted because I was late making a payment, I made my payment yesterday and my cans picked up today! I called and was advised it would take 7-10 business days to return my cans and 24-72 hrs for them to collect the trash they left behind. They said it wasn’t a guarantee they would even come back out before my next trash day. Then they inform me I must pay a $20 re delivery fee. I went to use a porta potty and the toilet seat had human feicies all over it and the urnal also had some disturbing things inside of it. I will never use one of these porta potty’s again
Extremely reckless driver. Taking blind corners at dangerously high speeds on narrow roads and forced us off the road into a ditch. Completely unsafe and irresponsible driving behavior.
