Had them for about a year now and the missed 4 times , I had to call and every time they said I didn’t have my trash out in time. That’s a lie , I have a ring camera pointed in that direction to show that the diver lied. 2 weeks later they didn’t pick it up and said trash can was empty,that was false. I would recommend finding another trash service.

THEY LIE. Waste of money when they won't even pick up your garbage. Useless. Oh and expect them to raise your bill without warning or explanation.
One star is too much. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And that’s not an exaggeration. To start with Ironton Ohio. The address listed for Rumpke is not correct. No one answers the phones. Finally someone at a gas station led me to where the dump site is for me to drop off some trash. I get there only to be treated absolutely horrible by the lady at the Scales. There are no instructions on what to do nor do they give you any. This lady was getting so frustrated.
