My trash didn't get picked up so I call costumer service. She acted like it was my fault trash didn't get picked up. It was out the night before and placed in the correct direction which I had no idea it had to be facing a certain direction.
Pick ups are prompt, well executed, no problems. Notifications for holiday or bad weather pick up are received well in advance. Customer service if very helpful [if] needed.
One of the wheel loader operators in the dump where trash gets off. Went to back in to dump and he’s looking over at me like I’m stupid and tells me to go back farther has an attitude races around in the equipment. and shakes his head at customers. Very disappointed about it I understand people have a bad day but he needs to give some slack about people taking time dumping and back in arrangements.
