We’ve had Rumpke 5 years and lately they’ve been leaving excess trash and skipped my house. The literally sat in front of my house, cleaned out the front collector, SKIPPED my yard, and proceeded to collect the neighbors trash. Called to have them come get the trash and they said 48 hours, 48 hours later and there’s still trash and the bin will start over flowing. Now I have to find someplace to put the overflow.

They have one of the worst customer service departments nothing ever gets resolved. We have been waiting for them to pick up our dumpster for weeks after they messed up with a payment agreement we were on auto pay and then they never took it out they suspended our service it’s not our fault it’s yours so we have had enough . I would give 0 stars if I could. They have a terrible payment system and when it fails they stop picking up your garbage. Then you pay and they still don’t pick up your trash because what they don’t tell you is that you need to call back when you make payment “to have the service turned back on”. So here we are, 2 weeks with no trash pickup. If I had a choice, I would go with a different company, but they have a monopoly on our city so as you can imagine, they don’t try very hard to resolve the problem.
