Then they hang up on me with out helping or a supervisor smh now now trash is overflowing
I've lived in 5 cities now and they are the worst by far. The other cities didn't even have bad service, they were really good if not great. Rumpke spills trash all over the neighborhood, leaves the cans in the middle of the street and breaks lawn bags and just leaves the mess. Worthless, have had to call the city council person 4 or 5 times now and the problems persist
A Rumpke employee noticed I was struggling with my wheelchair and moved my trash cans from the street to my garage. He was wonderful to me.
I used Rumke for my rentals. Apparently I have "an account manager" named Luke. I requested the accounts cancelled months ago. He is refusing to. I call the 800 number they say they can't cancel it and send me to my account manager who refused to cancel it. It's been months, they keep sending me emails saying my service has been interrupted but I've been with a new service for months.
Customer service is rigid and rude. Almost seem happy to not do what you need. They must make so much money they don't care. I guess if they don't care, then its time to change providers.
