if I could give them a zero i would. this company is a joke. they charge you for gas which is ridiculous. my account should have been canceled almost 2 months ago. my trash hasn't even been picked up in that time but I'm still getting billed. this isn't the first time this has happen. I let it go in the past and continue to stay big mistake. I call the company to see why I'm still being billed and the lady said your account is still open which it shouldn't have been. Trash guys do their jobs greatly but the people that are supposed to assist you when calling the 1-800 number, they suck!
