Just a front of a business to wash the owner Cindy’ Smileys drug dealing funds and funnel her illicit income from selling hard drugs. No one is certified in this salon stay clear. The people this woman affiliates herself with are scum of the earth. Infected piercings and runs a puppy mill sold my sister two of the unhealthiest dogs the vets have ever seen. Vile conditions the puppies live in 20-30 dogs in a 50-75 sqft “facility” I guess she will sell anything when she’s desperate even though it’s at the cost of an innocent a... read more
