I met Rumo at my house a couple of times to review a repair that was needed for my pool. He proposed on the work, and I immediately accepted it. We arranged for the work to be completed in certain days. In the very day they were scheduled to begin, I received a text saying that they are too busy and their workers are on jobs in North Carolina. They advised that I find another company. This was a huge waste of time and incredibly unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
