Let me just tell you. I made a big oopsie at home. Used box dye. Ended up with a purple yucky dark dark color. I called in a panic. Told them I could be in in 45 minutes for them to look at my hair. Jamie knew by just a look that she would have to try a Hail Mary. And I went in full well knowing I could waste money and leave looking the same. BUT she’s a miracle Worker.
