Went on a Thursday and it was great. Came back on a friday and it was packed. Gwen is awesome but the atmosphere is deafening. We came in and hung for a couple hours and kept getting bumped down on karaoke- saw a lot of talented people. We were going to leave and they tried to put us in immediately but then switched it to another person as we were walking up to the stage- probably mixed signals. Not their fault. Not a friendly bar AT ALL, security is very aggressive and RUDE. Even when you don’t give them a problem or have nothing to do with a situation. When attempting to speak to the owner he brushes you off and does not care if you are AFRICAN AMERICAN I advise you to stay away.
